An immediate opportunity is available for a Senior Specialist, User Support to provide both technical and functional support to internal users, fielding requests in a variety of areas related to Team Approach, Blackbaud’s enterprise software product.
Additional responsibilities include:
Working with multiple business units to clearly define reporting and analysis requests, providing business application support to the user community
Making recommendations based on knowledge of the business processes and the capabilities of the application systems
Managing all aspects of credit card transactions utilizing Team Approach’s credit card process and web authorization software
Monitoring duplicate account merge systems operations in Team Approach
Participation in the development and documentation of business practices and procedures, guidelines for optimal use of systems, execution of test plans, and with the rollout of software upgrades and enhancements
Serving as liaison to software vendors on support issues and represent the company at user meetings and conferences
Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in end user application support and/or software development in a customer-focused, deadline-oriented environment;
Experience with relational databases; Blackbaud/Team Approach preferred;
Excellent project, time management, organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
Experience in user training; Proven ability to perform in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines;
Experience with manipulating, analyzing and interpreting data and working with relational databases and integrated systems.
