Coordinate and prepare Management and Board of Directors reports. Coordinate and review subsidiary S.E.C. filings and Annual Report to shareholders, as well as review these reports for corporate. Provide assistance in development of various annual and quarterly financial reporting disclosures. Assist with quarterly financial statement press release creation. Manage consolidated budgeting and forecasting process using various internally developed reports. Prepare government reports for the Company as required (i.e. U.S. Treasury Department, Bureau of Economic Analysis, Bureau of the Census, etc.). Act as liaison to outside auditors to coordinate orderly transmission of documents for annual audit and quarterly reviews. Provide support and assistance on special projects and research of accounting issues impacting existing or new transactions.
A minimum of five years of experience including three years in public accounting with emphasis on S.E.C. clientele is required. CPA strongly preferred. Corporate experience should include consolidations and financial statement preparation with a heavy emphasis on GAAP. The ability to deliver high quality results under a strict reporting schedule, excellent oral and written communication skills and stable work history required.
