Hours: Part-time, need to commit to at least 20-25 hours a week

Job Description:
The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing Department in the execution of our short-term and long-term marketing goals, focusing on the implementation of the day-to-day tasks necessary in achieving them.
Responsibility:
•Writing, editing, proofing copy for social media postings , brochures, web pages, press releases, pitching letter, newsletter, and other marketing and sales materials
•Manage the writing projects. Work with our writers, internal and external teams to create marketing materials as needed, providing guidance and review the draft, and routing items internally for approval.
•Assist Content development for the online communication, media coverage, and the publication.
•Assist with event coordination, including pre-show emails and mailings, booth logistics, signage, and coordination of other event items as needed
•Assist the VP of marketing with various projects on an as-needed basis
Skills / Experience:
•Very good attention to detail, ability to write well, internet savvy, creative
•Excellent writing skills and editorial skills, including strong grammar, copy-editing, proof-reading writing and communication expertise
•Good understanding of today’s online marketing environment, including emails,
websites, social media, etc. Ability to contribute to social media marketing channels
•Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, and fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
•Strong organizational and project management skills
•Prefer A major in English, journalism, marketing or marketing communications
