We are looking for a female roommate to join us in sharing a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, AWESOME apartment right by the hudson river, with EXCELLENT VIEWS.

The building is called Portofino and it is close to newport PATH station. It is very convenient to commute here. There are two people living in the other two rooms, all working – in the financial industry. They are nice and thoughtful. Plus none of them are hardly ever home in the week, so no worry about any conflict.

You will have your own room, with awesome views of midtown skyline and your own toilet, but will share a bathroom (shower part only). You can see it when you come to see the apartment. You will share only the bath (shower) with another girl, she has her own toilet (the 1/2 bath).

The rent is on a monthly basis and includes water/gas/Direct TV & Wireless Internet, the only thing you pay for is electricity (1/3 of total bill).

you’ll have a A/C and heater in the room. microwave, oven, washing machine and dryer are in the apt.

This apartment is available from NOW, and you will be sub-leasing the room until the current lease is up on Dec 31st.

the room can come unfurnished or furnished. the rent is $1035/month. you’ll need one month rent and one month deposit to move in.
