We are seeking a success-driven and experienced Full charge JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT/Administrative assistant to assist our Accounting Director in all day to day
duties: Full Time
Must have 5+ years of work history as an Accounting Clerk and administrative work with strong references.
Good interpersonal skills and phone manners will be required to work with our many vendors and clients.
Duties include:
Performing G/L entries
Entering and filing Invoices for accuracy.
Matching invoices to purchase orders
processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Processing Payroll.
month end reconciliations.
Other ad-hoc assignments as requested.
Must be proficient in:
QuickBooks.
Microsoft Office Applications.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to accept authority.
Reliable and friendly.
