Our AsianInNY good friend and sponsor Nom Wah Tea Parlor (located on 13 Doyers St.) is hosting a FUN event tonight: The viewing party to see Jeremy Lin’s game tonight. Be there early to grab a seat and enjoy the amazing food! Let’s go Jeremy!!!
MSG Networks and Nom Wah Tea Parlor have partnered up to host a viewing party for tonight’s Knicks vs. the Sacramento Kings game.
Since Linsanity has inevitably swept across the nation in the matter of this past week, many households in the greater NY area are still left without TV access to Knicks games. MSG Network, the official broadcast channel for the Knicks, in its dispute with Time Warner cable has been made unavailable for stay-at-home fans throughout the city.
MSG will be holding tonight’s event to acknowledge the Asian American community’s support for J-Lin. The game starts at 7:30pm in Nom Wah Tea Parlor, located on 13 Doyers St. Scheduled festivities will include giveaways, souvenirs, food, and a photo op with a life-size cutout of Lin.
