A collegiate and friendly capital marketing firm, is looking for someone to work part-time 3 days/week. Ideally, that person would also be able to do full-time in June/July while someone is out on maternity leave. This is for a temp-to-perm or L/T temp position.
This position is more for their private equity side.
We need someone who will:
-Wants to get their hands dirty doing everything from watering plants to being on the phone with high net-worth investors
-Excellent communication skills are essential. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in the written form.
-Superior Microsoft Office Suite skills are crucial. Need to know their way around Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
-Travel coordination for principals.
-A bit of bookkeeping will be involved as well some experience with QuickBooks is necessary.
-Database management will be trained in their systems (use TNR The Next Round). Need to feel comfortable updating/managing their systems.
-Will be dealing with lots of vendors. Again, SUPERIOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS are essential.
-Must be EXTREMELY detail-oriented
-Mail merge experience.
-Want a dynamic personality; someone who asks questions, is hungry to learn, and thinks one step ahead of the game.

They’re primarily a private equity firm for high-net worth investors. There are currently 9 people in their office. The firm is very collegial yet everyone works extremely hard.
Pay will be $24/hr.
