AsianInNY loves the Hsu-nami band! Please join us to support this amazing International Progressive Rock Band to fulfill their upcoming Taiwan tour!

2011 was a very exciting year for The Hsu-nami. In April we Toured Taiwan for the first time and performed at Spring Scream (Taiwan’s biggest music festival). A few months later in October we performed at the Strawberry Music Festival in Changjiang China to a crowd of 10,000 people. We then released our second studio album “The Four Noble Truths” in Taiwan with independent label Big Lucky Entertainment.

Due to popular demand, we were asked back to Spring Scream this year, and are going to be a part of the “Hello! Taiwan” tour with label mates Chairman and Kou Chou Ching. Two of Taiwan’s most popular acts!

The Impact

Our only obstacle is money. The label isn’t paying for the band’s airfare and we need to pay out of pocket to get to Taiwan. This is where we need your help! Hsu-nami is a group of dedicated artists, musicians, and friends. We are doing this because we love making music, and getting the opportunity to play for people all over the world. Since you unfortunately won’t be able to see the shows in Taiwan, we want to give the opportunity for you guys to experience it and if we can’t afford to go we can’t bring that experience to you. Taiwan is an amazing place and we want to show the world how incredible it is from our eyes.

What We Need & What You Get

We need to reach at least 4k in order to offset our costs and make this trip happen. It won’t cover everything but will help just enough to pay for half our total airfare. Every donation will be going solely to help travel costs and nothing else. Depending on the amount of your donation you will be added to our mailing list and be the first ones to receive our forthcoming 3rd studio album once it’s complete. In addition to those perks we’ve also got lots of other special rewards as tokens of our appreciation like: signed cds, exclusive mp3 downloads from our upcoming album and personal shout-outs from the band.
