This position assists the video production team with duties that include basic video editing, quality assurance (watching hit TV shows and movies), and subtitle timing. We work with a mix of specialized video tools and can train you for everything needed for the job. Big pluses are having prior experience with Final Cut Pro and a strong interest in Asian dramas. Candidates are required to be located in the New York City area. This is a paid internship position.

Requirements

Ability to work 20+ hours per week
General web savvy and ability to quickly learn software tools
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Understanding of Asian pop culture and fluency in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is a strong plus
