If you always want to know the secret of Chinese cooking(timing, timing and timing), this is a chance to learn with professional chefs at Red Egg restaurant’s kitchen. We will meet with the owner of Red Egg restaurant Mr Wan to tour their professional kitchen, inside the kitchen, Mr Wan and his professional Chinese chefs will demonstrate basic Chinese cooking skills and give you some cooking tips and maybe someone of you will get lucky to try to cook 1 or 2 dishes.
After the cooking class, Mr Wan will sit down with us for a Chinese feast, his guarantee humor and deep Chinese culture and history knowledge will inspire you for the time being.
5-6pm Kitchen tour and cooking workshop at Red Egg with Mr Wan
6-730pm Dinner with owner Mr Wan
