The Talent Business is the first global multidisciplinary talent management and strategy company for top creative business leaders in the communications business. We have offices in NY, Singapore, Hong Kong and Brazil that have expanded from our London base. The Talent Business is unique in that our business model is similar to that of a talent management firm from the entertainment industry. All Talent Strategist have been successful senior people in the industry they serve and their talent management ability reflects their understanding of the industry and its needs.
Our NY office, located in a Soho loft, has a team of 8, who work across all marketing communication disciplines including Strategic Planning, Account Management, Creative, Digital Media, and emerging non-traditional innovation.
Within this busy office, tasks and responsibilities will include:
– Calendar management
– Executive Assistant to the CEO
– Organising candidate interviews
– Arranging client meetings
– Booking flights, hotels, tickets etc
– Complete office management; IT, Stationary, meeting room management
For this role, we require:
