Position Description
The Marketing Associate will support the Director of Marketing in various sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Marketing in developing targeted campaigns, identifying promotional and advertising partners across the country and in local target markets, assisting in execution of marketing plans, and department support functions. Responsibilities also include the development of domain expertise, advising students on Company offerings, and general student services. The Marketing Associate will gain hands-on experience in a quickly-expanding small Company environment, and will be given substantial responsibility and room for professional growth.
Qualifications
- Degree or coursework in marketing-related field and/or job experience with similar emphasis.
- History of experience that highlights creativity, resourcefulness, initiative, and an active role in developing a business or product line.
- Excellent communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team environment, and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks within demanding deadlines.
- Availability and flexibility to work company operational hours, including weekday evenings and weekends.
- Availability and willingness to travel as necessary.
