We are actively searching for new associates to join our Commercial Real Estate division.
The model candidate will have a passion for every aspect of real estate. They should be resourceful, determined, eager to learn and willing to work hard. Having an understanding of how business development is derived including property assessment, contract negotiation, market analysis and due-diligence.
You’re not just a number here at GFI. You will work day to day with our Managing Director of Commercial Sales, you will speak directly to the principals of the firm. GFI understands that if you succeed, we succeed so we make it our mission to help our new associates flourish in the business.
Most firms will train you to learn the basics of selling, negotiations, etc. Here at GFI we also teach you the soft skills. We help you recognize your personality traits and train you on how to capitalize on those traits. Our Brokers have 20+ years of experience and will help you recognize how to decipher your audience whether it’s a buyer or a seller.

We offer our trainees a token base salary that assists you in acclimating to the business and a tiered commission plan.
