For the second straight year, Sonya (Black Widow) Thomas took the women’s title by scarfing down a record 45 hot dogs and buns in 10 minutes.

The slender 100-pound Virginia woman, draped in an American flag, celebrated with a victory lap through the beachfront audience. Thomas shattered her own mark of 40 hot dogs to claim the championship.
