The author, entrepreneur and CEO of learning has led NetCom Learning to unprecedented growth, earning the company prestigious recognition and reaping a variety of awards along the way.

In earning the recognition, Sarder is in excellent company as some of the top leaders in the country also received Stevie Awards in a variety of categories. CEOs like Alan Mulally, CEO of Ford Motor Company, Janine Popick, CEO and founder of San Francisco-based Vertical Response, John F. Lundren, CEO of Stanley Black & Decker and Patrick M.
