We’re currently seeking an individual to join the UGO Finance Team. The person in this position will report to the CFO, and perform a variety of accounts payable and office administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Review and process vendor invoices for payment
- Maintain listings of vendors and accounts payable
- Maintain vendor database and files
- Answer all in-coming calls to the switchboard and direct appropriately
- Greet guests and notify employees of visitors
- Sign for all packages, ship packages, and dispatch messenger when required
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Check and stock supply areas: office and kitchen supplies
- Schedule and maintain conference rooms
- Assist in the coordination of company lunches and events
- Maintain the integrity of the front office area
Skills:
- At least 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
- Must possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with business personnel as well as with outside vendors and contractors
- Strict attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task
- Excellent phone skills required
