Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will report to the IT Operations Manager and be responsible for daily supporting networks and server on all platforms including (but not limited to) Windows, Netware, and Linux. S/he will provide server, workstations and software support to our user community. Communication, tele-communication and firewall support are also parts of daily response for this position. The position will also be involved in planning and executing system maintenance tasks, including the application of operating system patches and conducting system security audits. S/he will participate in security related projects including network vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, business continuity and disaster recovery.

Requirements:
A college degree in the computer science or related field and a minimum of seven years experience in the network engineering and administration role is required for this position. The candidate should be able to understand complex technical requirements and communicate them clearly in a verbal or written format.

A very strong understanding of TCP/IP and Strong experiences in managing networks of all OS (Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows Enterprise Server, Windows XP, Netware, and Linux) is a must. 5+ years background in Cisco routers, switches and Firewall is required. Experience with Linux and VMWare is a plus. 3+ years experience with databases including MS SQL, MySQL, and Sybase is preferred. Candidates will be selected based on experience, resourcefulness, and motivation and may be subjected to a background check as a condition of employment.
