This restaurant isn’t that big at first glance, but that’s perfectly fine. The place itself looks decent. Expect to see a lot of middle-aged Chinese people there. There’s a TV in the back that plays TVB dramas. It seems to be the typical hangout place for them. You can do takeout if you’re rushing to get to somewhere. It’s not far from the Grand Street Station, as it’s only about 2-3 blocks down. The meals there are good. I usually have young chow fried rice, which is filling and tasty. The seafood pan fried noodles and beef chow fun noodles are also a must have. They also have a special lunch menu that gives you the soup of the day and white rice in addition to the meal that you’ve ordered for only $6.50. Not a bad deal at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend going to Big Hing Wong to eat.
