The New Urban Jungle – Highline Elevated Park: This photography class takes place at the new High Line Elevated Park; New York City’s newest and most talked about park. Located in the gritty Meat Packing District the Highline is a true example of the Urban Jungle mixing the modern, industrial city life with trees and foliage reminiscent of grassy hillsides. The Highline offers some of the best views of the Hudson River and the iconic NYC skyline. This will be an all around Photo Safari; you will learn both portrait and location photography. Learn to take better pictures before you go on vacation or out on the town with your friends and family. These are the two most common scenarios people find themselves in. You will learn portrait composition and positioning, what lighting conditions to look for, architectural photography and scene management. This safari is appropriate for all levels of photographic knowledge from beginners to advanced hobbyists.
