Job Description:
The individual will be work directly with the Head of North America Business Functions assisting with the soft dollar & CSA (Commission Sharing Arrangements) elements of the Global Equities business.
Requirements:
– BA or BS, accounting or business background preferred
– Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
– Strong written and oral communication skills
– Strong organization skills
– 1+ years experience
Key Accountabilities:
– Work with compliance and legal for all contract reviews and approvals.
– Primary contact for clients and vendors regarding all soft dollar arrangements.
– Monitor soft dollar activity.
– Provide client monthly statements.
– Processing all invoices relating to soft dollars and getting proper approvals.
– Working closely with accounts payable and other accounting departments to ensure a smooth process flow.
– Retains and organizes all important information and documentation.
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Education: BA/BS
