To help this well established practice grow, we are aggressively seeking a Senior Manager to work in our New York City office, who can help us achieve our mission of delivering highly professional services to our clients. Senior Manager should have a generalist background in different areas of tax that include High Net Worth and Corporation experience.

Senior Manager Responsibilities:
§ Oversee total engagement activity while ensuring top quality client service;
§ Recognize needs and issues pertinent to client activity and follow through to implementation;
§ Ensure efficient and profitable execution of financial management;
§ Develop greater leadership skills and continuously take on greater responsibilities.
§ Build the capacity to assist the partners/managing directors in assuming overall responsibilities in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: engagement management & client service, sales, practice development, marketing, cross selling, discipline & industry expertise, external activities & networking, leadership, people development, and strategic business planning.

Qualifications:
§ 8+ years experience required;
§ Two + years of corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm; FAS 109 FIN 48 experience helpful:
§ Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business;
§ CPA Certification required;
§ Strong leadership skills, ability to participate in and manage teams;
§ Excellent project management skills;
§ Strong presentation skills – ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
§ Working knowledge of Tax laws and regulatory compliance
§ Strong communication, research, analytical and writing skills
§ Proven technical skills with Excel, Word and Outlook
