Yingluck Shinawatra, Prime Minister of Thailand.
Her Excellency Yingluck Shinawatra, Prime Minister of Thailand, will deliver an address on regional growth and progress in the Asia-Pacific Century. She will present her views on key challenges facing the region, including sustainable growth and development, tensions in the South China Sea, and managing relations between regional powers in order to ensure stability. Her address will also touch upon ASEAN, Myanmar’s opening, and increasing region-wide connectivity networks. Her remarks will be followed by a moderated discussion with Ambassador Eric G. John, former U.S. Ambassador to Thailand (2007-2010).
