Manage sales pipeline – working with business unit, practice, and sector leaders to ensure that SPADE is accurately reflecting the opportunities for the CS Business Unit.
Actively participate in Deal Review and QA process, maintaining compliance on both of these activities.
Involved in validating pursuit and establishing business development budgets.
Establish and monitor delivery of project portfolio to help identify risks in accordance with group policy.
Maintain business unit watch list – projects that have a high degree of risk, complexity, and or potential for financial exposure.
Involved in Account Reviews to understand financial situation and identify & resolve delivery issues.
Establish framework for usage of CC Shop and SRG in 2009 and validate plans to use these resources in the most efficient manner.
Identify potential areas for productivity improvements
Monitor and ensure that delivery managers (project managers) are trained and certified.
