Job Description
The Trust Administrator (TA) reports directly to the Relationship Manager, and plays a critical role in providing the best service to our clients. The position requires a responsible individual to perform ongoing administrative activities for BNYM Corporate Trust Services. Under the guidance of the Relationship Manager and Team Leader, the TA will be responsible for much of the day to day administration of the portfolio, involving funds transfer, trade clearance, compliance monitoring and client service and communication.

QSR Management Ltd. (QSR) specializes in the management of Structured Vehicles and other structured finance products. QSR is continuing to expand its product range and technology base to meet the needs of the growing structured finance market.

The TA will be responsible for the timely settlement of assets and tracking of activity related to the structured vehicle. The Administrator will interact with various departments to complete his or her daily functions.

• The daily reconciliation of the cash and custody accounts;
• Investigating and resolving all discrepancies;
• Tracking activity within a trading system and facilitating settlement with BNYM’s global custodial platforms;
• Maintenance of static data and current financial information on assets under management;
• Monitoring of daily cash/funding requirements in cooperation with the QSR Treasury desk;
• Confirming and instructing for security settlement, cash payments or pre-advices to or from counterparties;
• Checking counterparty confirmations match internal trade tickets and
• Filing all correspondence, confirmations, advices and trade tickets.

Qualifications
In the performance of these duties, the TA must be able to prioritize and organize workflow and acquire a working knowledge of the portfolio of accounts by working closely with the Relationship Manager. Each TA must be able to interface with his/her Relationship Manager and Team Leader to ensure compliance both with governing documents and bank policies, and to ensure client satisfaction.

• Bachelor Degree strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in the financial markets is highly desirable, especially with Bond Settlement and related Income processing
• Ability to work within deadlines in a pressurized environment but while maintaining a high level of accuracy is ideal.
• Strong computing skills Excel & Word would be beneficial.
