JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Support Senior Technology Analyst is responsible for providing “white glove” operational support within his/her capacity to key executives and their assistants. This position requires excellent communication and problem solving skills along with project planning and project lead experience. The Individual must display mentoring capabilities and be highly process oriented. The individual must posses expert-level technical knowledge of operations and be able to provide ideas, feedback and support to the executive audience. This position has high visibility with the executive customer community. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and self-reliant with a desire to learn and execute under pressure.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Issues Management and Resolution:
• Analyze issues and formulate solutions
• Troubleshoot system, application and hardware issues
• Update customers & CSD with status and resolution
• Use external information to research and resolve issues
• Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
• Ability to manage multiple constituencies, issues, priorities and goals
• Document and adhere to all departmental standards, processes, and enterprise policies
• Primary duties to support list of executives and back fill the field team as needed.
Track assets:
• Perform backups and restores
• Perform configuration of hardware including disk drives, network interfaces, memory, processors, and peripherals.
• Document and maintain environment standards
• Perform installation and configuration of software including operating systems, patches, and 3rd party products
Communications:
• Demonstrate sound written, oral, and organizational skills
• Document solutions, systems, and procedures
• Consistently share solutions with peers

Technical Consultation:
• Provide technical leadership, support, and guidance
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Recommend and devise implementation strategies for products that will enhance and support executive support needs
Resource & Project Management:
• Plan project roll outs (as it relates to the executive community)
• Test pre-defined acceptance criteria
• The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and basic project management skills
• Complete assigned tasks on time
Personal Development:
• Identify training and development opportunities to strengthen and/or grow skill sets within the team
Weekends – After Hour Work:
• On Call: Must be available via cell phone/pager for issue resolution and assistance after hours
• Travel: This position may involve occasional site visits to clients to various locations
• Must maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work non-standard business hours upon request or as needed
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Technology Tracking: Gather knowledge of technology changes through training, conferences, textbooks, journals, case studies, and perform product evaluations
• SOX Compliance: Must comply with SOX rules and regulations
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS & EXPECTATIONS:
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent program or IT experience required
• Advanced technical certification in field of expertise (e.g., MCSE, CNE, CCNP, CCSE)
Experience:
• Minimum 5 yrs of IT-related experience
• Cross platform PC/MAC as well as working knowledge of major PDA devices (e.g., Blackberry, Blackjack, iPhone, etc.)
• Knowledge of various media systems (e.g., Donovan, Mediatools, IMS, etc.)
• Strong Knowledge of Windows 2003/Vista (active directory environment) with MS outlook e-mail platform
• Strong knowledge of A/V systems setup (for off-site pitches, in-house video conferencing, etc.)
• Experience as lead technician in field of expertise
• Experience in supporting high profile executives
• Experience implementing best-practice processes and procedures
• Knowledge of ITIL and CMM-driven best practices for IT processes
• Experience leading small projects
Additional Skills
• Experience in Advertising and/or Marketing industry preferred
• At least 1 year of experience delivering IT solutions within a corporate and/or high volume environment is a plus
