Job Description
Fila is a leading manufacturer of footwear and apparel for sport and leisure that has developed excellent brand recognition by marketing products with a high design and style content that are endorsed by professional athletes from around the world.

Fila currently has an opportunity for a Footwear Product Manager in our New York location. Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
• Conceive and enhance the Fila women’s footwear line direction
• Provide direction to and work closely with the footwear designers to ensure all details are captured
• Responsible for providing target prices to the product developers and working with them to finalize
the line
• Work closely with the Marketing department to develop catalogs, in store presentations, advertising
and promotion plans
• Responsible for presenting line at sales meetings and key account meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Excellent, professional, verbal and written communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Understanding of the women’s fashion athletic business
• Understanding of sales, margins and inventory management
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe Illustrator helpful
• Accustomed to working in a highly dynamic and changing environment.
• Bachelors Degree in Business from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years industry experience
