The Rubin Museum was happy to reopen last Sunday after our neighborhood lost power for a week. We hope you will join us in bringing the light back to New York City as we celebrate Diwali, the Indian festival of lights, with a one-of-a-kind evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, music, and bhangra dancing.

Additionally we will be collecting supplies at the event to be donated to Hurricane Sandy relief, including flash lights, blankets, and clothes.

Diwali is a time to illuminate our homes and hearts, and I hope that you will join us on this special evening to light up the Rubin Museum and celebrate!
