Field Marketing Representatives-
High school diploma or GED. Two years street/ door to door product, realty, insurance, and retail or telemarketing sales experience. Managed Care or Health Care field sales experience preferred. Ability to work flexible hours/ shifts/ weekends is a must. Bilingual a plus.

Field Marketing Supervisors/Managers-
High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred. Four years experience managing a street/ door to door product, realty, insurance, and retail or telemarketing sales team/department. Managed Care or Health Care field sales experience preferred. Ability to work flexible hours/ shifts/ weekends is a must.

Field Marketing Trainers-
High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred. Three years sales, leadership, product, technical program facilitation and curriculum development experience in a corporate or field setting. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory. Ability to work flexible hours/ shifts/ weekends is a must.
