Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly operations book for company’s Finance Manager ( journal entries, check registers,deposits, bank debits, bank statements, Accounts Payable and Receivable and a recap report)
• A/R – Invoice Processing, Weekly Review & Collection
• A/P – Purchase Order/Invoice Review & Input of Payables
• Oversee invoices that are posted to Accounts Payable and solve any discrepancies
• Prepare journal entries for month-end and year end closing
• Review & Audit of Employee Expense Reports
• Maintain current vendor files and interact with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist on financial analysis, interpretation, budget and financial plans
• Administrative duties to help with office activities and office management
• Prepare bank reconciliations and posting journal entries for multiple inter companies
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years as Bookkeeper
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Power Point
