This Solution Architect will report to the Director for Professional Services with broad visibility and excellent opportunities for exposure to new and emerging technologies and growth within the technology industry. This position is best suited for the person who thrives on new challenges and has the senior level skills to make any technology work and to find the best solutions possible for the business challenges our client’s present us.

Responsibilities:
• Architect, build, deploy and secure Enterprise solutions for customers ranging in size from 1000 people in one local office through 100,000 people throughout the world
• Apply senior level knowledge and experience to understand business challenges and opportunities and drive new and innovative approaches to resolving them; Bridge the gap between business and technology to develop the right solutions for our clients
• Deliver product, technology and/ or solution presentations to technical and business decision makers and engage in interactive consultation
• Lead project teams comprised of customers, partners, and peers from project inception through the hand off to operations as a subject matter expert/ Senior Consultant/ Solution Architect
• Develop detailed proposals and solutions in a pre-sales Architect capacity
• Organize and lead requirements gathering and solution design collaborative sessions with customers, partners and other technical resources of all levels
• Practitioner of disciplined execution focused on formulating solid vision, strategy, goals, and requirements collaboratively with customers and partners to ensure a well defined opportunity with the right approach to executing on it.

Qualifications:
• Must be able to design and implement technical solutions to Enterprise business problems regardless of technologies, vendors and politics
• Must have proven experience and a strong desire to think and delivery strategically while remaining proficient and engaged tactically with solutions
• Deep knowledge of the design and installation of Enterprise audio/visual systems such as Extron, Polycom, Creston and Sony; ability to integrate components from different vendors
• Must have expert knowledge of installation issues; i.e. must be able to select and advise installation resources.
• Must demonstrate solid A/V fundamentals within design, implementation, and management of any solution and be able to articulate the value A/V brings to the client
