Job Description:
Accountabilities have an immediate opening for a Technical Engineer Coordinator to support utility industry in New York City.

Responsibilities:
-The candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks: Review, Comment and Correct: Electrical Calculations; Electrical Design Drawings and Shop Drawings prepared by outside vendors for accuracy and compliance to design criteria and specifications.
– Prepare design sketches for answers to ‘Requests for Information’ and ‘Submittals’ from the Company’s Construction Organization and other internal customers.
– Organize and attend meetings and field walks with all involved Disciplines (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Transmission and Civil) for project under their guidance as well as provide progress reports.
– Coordinating ‘Field Support’ during construction phase of a project.

Qualifications:
– B.S. Engineering Degree or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years related engineering and design experience in the discipline of Electrical power, controls and protection.
– Assignment Duration: 12 months
