Fleur Pellerin is a politician and minister delegate in the French government.
Pellerin was born in 1973 in Seoul, South Korea. She was abandoned on the streets of Seoul when she was three or four days old and was sent to an orphanage. She was adopted six months later by a French family.
She was appointed Minister Delegate with responsibility for Small and Medium Enterprises, Innovation, and the Digital Economy attached to the Minister for Economic Regeneration (the former Ministry of the Economy, Finance, and Industry) by President François Hollande on 16 May 2012.
