Description:
1. Play a key role in contributing to a highly functioning business team to build and execute the strategic operating plan for Sutent.
2. Translate analyses into insightful market/product drivers, which define market leading strategies and tactics.
3. Contribute to lifecycle planning activities including long-term competitive planning.
4. Identify opportunities and develop/refine strategies for major brand initiatives, including professional promotions, POA strategy, KOL plans, customer targeting, and preparation for new indications.
5. Support the launch of CUE for Sutent and the Oncology Business Unit.
6. Integrate activities with other team members to ensure a consistent brand approach
7. Adhere to Pfizer Standard Operation Principles while executing business strategy; Manage budget and legal/regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Proven leadership qualities and strong professional marketing background.
2. Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Strong influence/negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities.
5. Ability to bring strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level; results-oriented.
6. Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.
7. Enthusiasm, confidence and strong presentation and written communication skills.
8. Strong grasp of technical science principles in oncology, specialty pharmaceuticals, biologicals or immunotherapy.
9. 6-10 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience preferred
10. Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred..
Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience.
