Roll up your sleeves and dig into a big plate of paella (chicken, chorizo, piquillo peppers, saffron, mussels and cockles paella with aioli sauce) along with delicious side dishes – spring vegetable terrine with romesco sauce and crusty bread and carrots with salsa verde buttermilk dressing.
This casual, family-style, all you can eat dinner will be prepared by Nick Suarez, Owner/Chef at the Backyard Cooking Company, and Theo Peck, Owner of Peck’s.
