This celebration will honor a number of community organizations and individuals for their continuing support of the CCPH. Proceeds from this event will enable the CCPH to continue to provide its vital services to the community. As a friend of the CCPH, we invite you to join us and other generous supporters for what promises to be an exceptional celebration.
The CCPH was founded by New York Downtown Hospital in 1993 to address the basic healthcare needs of the underserved Asian-American community. The mission of the CCPH is to broaden health care access and to provide educational opportunities and services to the Chinese community with a professional health team in a culturally sensitive manner. For almost two decades, CCPH has touched the lives of more than 167,000 individuals by providing a comprehensive group of interactive diabetes courses, a wide range of presentations on health education, different types of health screenings, flu shots and diversified outreach services, all of which have achieved remarkable success.
As the Chinese population in New York continues to grow, the CCPH is committed to maintaining its presence in the community. Its vital services will undoubtedly continue to be utilized by new immigrants and established New Yorkers. Your continuing support is critical to our success. You can have a positive impact on the health of the Chinese community.
