Friday, July 26th will be a Bike MS Fundraising Day!

The New York City – Southern New York Chapter offers one ride, with three different routes to choose from. Choose your challenge, with route options for all cycling abilities. Enjoy a traffic-free 30 mile route circling Manhattan, or pedal through the Holland Tunnel, and experience the 55 or 100 mile routes that wind through New Jersey before finishing back in Manhattan.
Whichever route you choose, it will be the most rewarding journey you’ll ever make.

The event is fully supported with catered rest stops, bike mechanics, a full meal, and support vehicles. Invite your family and friends to cheer as you cross the finish line. A fantastic Finish Line Festival awaits you with great food, music, a beer garden, massage tent and photo opportunities.

*All 30 and 55-mile participants must be able to maintain a minimum speed of 10mph. All 100-mile participants must be able to maintain a minimum speed of 12mph. Participants who are not able to maintain this speed will be picked up by our route support vehicles.
