Job Description
Requirements:
- 3-5 years as Bookkeeper
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly operations book for company’s Finance Manager ( journal entries, check registers, deposits, bank debits, bank statements, Accounts Payable and Receivable and a recap report)
- A/R – Invoice Processing, Weekly Review & Collection
- A/P – Purchase Order/Invoice Review & Input of Payables
- Oversee invoices that are posted to Accounts Payable and solve any discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries for month-end and year end closing
- Review & Audit of Employee Expense Reports
- Maintain current vendor files and interact with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Assist on financial analysis, interpretation, budget and financial plans
- Administrative duties to help with office activities and office management
- Prepare bank reconciliations and posting journal entries for multiple inter companies
