Job Overview
responsibilities:
+ responsible for coding, reviewing authorizations, coordinating payments
+ prepare periodic analysis of vendor disbursements
+ reconcile vendor statements and invoice discrepancies
+ handle and resolve vendor inquiries
+ handle all vendor and inter-departmental communications
+ assist in quarterly audits
+ meet all department deadlines
+ enforce accounts payable policies and procedures
+ other special projects as requested

requirements:
+ minimum 3 years accounts payable experience in a high volume environment
+ ability to multitask and execute under pressure
+ demonstrated sense of urgency
+ strong organization, research and problem solving skill
+ excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ proficient with Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
+ ability to work in a fast paced team environment
+ degree in accounting or finance preferred

+ filing
