Job Description:

We are partnered with our client in a search for a fund accountant that is ready to rise to the challenge and join a growing team. Our client has over $10B in AUM across secondary investments and co-investments and a track record of over ten years of success and growth. They are looking for a team-oriented, bright and energetic accountant to join ranks with the CFO and contribute to the success of the company.

Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

• Prepare quarterly cash tie out package
• Prepare initial drafts of financial statements, including quarterly activity & waterfall calculation
• Compile quarterly sponsor reporting/investment company data for updates to quarterly valuations
• Monthly accounting close
• Print and review daily bank reports for cash activity
• Work with capital calls

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Big 4 public accounting or related industry experience (4706B~)
