Hosted by Ernabel Demillo from the Triumph of Philippine Art exhibit at the George Segal Gallery at Montclair State University – with reports from correspondents Kyung Yoon and Paul Lin – the new program showcases influential faces in front of the public and behind the scenes. Interviews and stories include award-winning playwright David Henry Hwang, author of M. Butterfly (1988 Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics awards and Pulitzer Prize finalist); American hip-hop quartet Far East Movement, whose single “Like A G6” hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart; disc jockey m-sParks (Grace Park); John Woo, Director of Asian CineVision and Jennifer Betit Yen, President, Asian American Film Lab; artist Chee Wang Ng and his 360 Labyrinth Walks of Life exhibit at the Ann Street Gallery in Newburgh, New York; author and Pulitzer finalist Susan Choi on her new book, My Education; Ken Chen, Executive Director of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop; and Xiaochuan Xie, a soloist dancer with the Martha Graham Dance Company.
