Senior Vice President for Enrollment Management and Career Services
Berkeley College is seeking an experienced professional to assume the position of Senior Vice President for Enrollment Management and Career Services. This position is located in NYC with travel to other campuses as needed.
Reporting directly to the President and a member of the cabinet, the Senior Vice President for Enrollment Management and Career Services is responsible for and provides leadership and direction to campus strategic enrollment management efforts in both recruitment and retention of students and to the Financial Aid and Career Services departments.
Qualifications: A terminal degree and 10 years experience at a senior level with a commitment to shared governance is preferred. A thorough understanding of enrollment management, financial aid and career services organizational models is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of experience in leading a diverse management staff. The ability to work with culturally diverse populations and be involved as a leader within the community is expected.
Training and/or Experience and Skills: The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills; personnel management skills; experience in an enrollment management environment, career services; and knowledge of state and federal financial aid regulations.
