Yodle, a leading provider of local search advertising and online lead generation services to small and medium businesses is seeking a talented Interactive Marketing Specialists to create, implement, optimize and manage pay-per-click campaigns for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to manage campaigns for cutting edge local search marketing advertising solutions.
The Senior Interactive Marketing Manager (National Accounts) reports to the Senior Manager of Client Services and is a member of the operations leadership team. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all national client service functions, including hiring (grow team from 8 to 12 over next six months), training, process automation, and client management best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving both customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee group that interfaces with strategic clients and ensure that the team achieves and exceeds the clients’ business objectives
- Hire train and retain a fast growing and geographically dispersed National client services team
- Contribute to company strategy, plans and service focus, based on feedback from clients and staff
- Actively participate in management and training of national account team personnel, motivating the team to a high level of performance
- Work cross-functionally with other departments (specifically National Sales) to ensure proper resource management and continual innovation and improvement
- Cultivate strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on online marketing experience with a minimum of 2+ years SEM
- Strong understanding of the online advertising industry, including the major players and supporting technologies; specifically SEM, SEO and online lead generation
- Hands-on, action-oriented leader with the ability to understand client goals and how they translate into media strategy
- Process oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time
- Experience managing 10 or more employees in a fast-paced, client service work environment
- Demonstrated experience building profitable client and vendor relationships
- Analytical thinker who can make swift decisions, adapt to changes while staying the course and deliver results
