This is an exciting part-time opportunity (approx 8 hours per week) for an experienced PR Professional who wants to:
- Provide results-oriented public relations support to build company brand awareness, position executives as thought leaders and position technology product as industry-leading.
- Develop multi-tiered strategic public relations plan.
- Execute on strategies and programs with proactive and reactive media relations; pitch development; article writing; submissions for industry awards, etc.
- Build and manage strong working relationships with executives to support media opportunities.
- Additional content development for whitepapers and other thought leadership and marketing materials.
The expectation is that this individual will work – on average – eight (8) hours per week. Some of the tasks will be performed from our midtown Manhattan (90 Park Avenue) office while some tasks may be able to be performed remotely, from home. Hours may fluctuate depending on volume of workload.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage and execute the implementation of results-oriented communications program as directed by the Director of Marketing.
- B2B public relations experience in the legal industry.
- Proven network of media contacts, particularly within the legal, financial, pharmaceutical verticals and top tier media.
- Network of public relations resources and contacts to tap into as needed.
- Strong and proven writing skills—Ability to effectively draft byline articles, pitches, talking points, news releases, and additional communications materials.
- Collaborative, pro-active, resourceful and enthusiastic.
- 8+ years experience, agency experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
