Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Will be responsible for promoting company products as a professional sales representative to all assigned existing and prospective accounts.
– Makes recommendations to management regarding product development, pricing and sales projections. Directly responsible for the revenue growth, relationship development and the customer profitability of assigned sales area.
– Responsible for sales operations, administrative and support functions within the assigned sales area. Develop and maintain enduring account relationships with key customers. Manages key accounts directly as well as directs and coordinates assigned outside sales representatives.
– Provides leadership in training outside sales representatives. Manages budget and forecast associated with customers. Provide sales support at trade shows and customer shows as needed. 50% Travel involved in the job.
Experience and Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis on marketing or equivalent experience.
– Minimum of three years of experience in marketing or related field. Strong interpersonal and public relations skills. Excellent sales abilities. Ability to plan and manage a territory and related budget. Ability to plan and prepare correspondence, proposals, contracts and price quotes.
