Magnani Caruso Dutton is a leading independent interactive design and marketing agency located in New York City. We work with some of the world’s most recognizable brands including AT&T, HBO, Discover Financial Services, The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Limited, Sesame Street, Tiffany & Co. and Coca-Cola.

A senior level role, the Account Supervisor must have prior interactive agency account management experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate as a senior client contact, lead strategic and tactical online planning activities
• Participate in – and in most cases lead – client presentations
• Act as client advocate internally and the agency’s advocate to clients
• Set realistic client expectations and make every effort to exceed them
• Work with a talented group of Project Managers to maintain project status, budgets and develop Statements of Work and proposal documents
• Seek business opportunities through existing client relationships
• Actively participate in new business planning and related presentations

Job Requirements:

• Financial services experience, preferred but not required
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors
• Demonstrated ability in developing and successfully executing plans for interactive projects including an ability to oversee projects from conception to completion
• Experience in large-scale site development, online advertising, e-mail marketing, and interactive creative development/branding
• Proven knowledge of creative pre-testing as well as ongoing creative testing, measurement and optimization
• Experience in new business planning, development and presentations
• 5 to 7 years relevant experience, 3 to 4 of which must be in an interactive agency environment
• Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
