We are excited to host a lecture/seminar and food tasting event on Taiwanese Culinary Arts, featuring four award-winning chefs from Taiwan. Part of the Overseas Community Affairs Council’s (OCAC) “2014 Taiwanese Culinary Art Lecture and Seminar Series” and sponsored by the OCAC and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, this event will be held at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) on Tuesday, May 27th, 2014 at 7pm.
