Job Description.
The IPG Treasurer’s Group is responsible for managing the liquidity needs across the entirety of National Financial Services LLC’s (NFS LLC) Balance Sheet including the Institutional Products Group (IPG) and Personal Investments (PI). Additionally, the group is responsible for management and allocation of credit facilities with external credit providers. The group takes a strategic leadership role in the development of the funding alternatives and investment options necessary to meet the long term business objectives of its internal business partners and works closely with the regulatory, legal, finance and credit groups. The group is also responsible for the allocation of capital and liquidity across IPG.
The IPG Treasurer’s Group – Business Analyst is responsible for working with the Firm Funding Group to determine the daily cash investment or borrowing position, maintaining firm liquidity, and managing credit/investment facility utilization, while ensuring adherence to departmental, firm, and industry policies/regulations. The analyst will also be responsible for supporting the development of liquidity and investment strategy and solutions to support new products and the production of quarterly and ad-hoc management reporting.

Education and Experience
B.S. in Finance / Accounting preferred
5+ years broker dealer / capital markets experience, with minimum of 3+ years treasury / banking
Experience in liquidity management required
Broker Dealer experience including settlements, regulatory, accounting, audit, or finance preferred
Currency / International experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge

Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Reconciliation and Accounting skills
Knowledge of Federal Reserve System, Fed Open Market Committee, Uniform Commercial Code, and NASD/NYSE Regulations
Familiarity with SWIFT Messaging / Fed Wire Processing
Above average PC skills with the ability to improve report content / presentation a must
Proficient in MS Office applications
Working knowledge in the following tools, financing techniques, products, marketplaces and theories will enhance success in the position:
