Job Description
The Mentholatum Company, a global marketer and producer of OTC consumer products has an Internal Audit position located in the corporate headquarters in Orchard Park, NY. This position is responsible for:
• Planning and executing financial and operational audits to assess the design and operating effectiveness of key controls
• In addition, the individual will participate in process improvement projects designed to create value for the organization.
Job Requirements
To be considered you will need:

• Minimum of a BS Accounting from an accredited institution; CPA, CIA and or an MBA are strongly preferred
• Minimum of 6-8 years of combined public accounting, internal audit or related experience preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
• Must include writing internal audit programs, process narratives, conducting internal audits, evaluating the design and testing operating effectiveness of controls in Sarbanes-Oxley or J-Sox environment
• Technology experience must include JD Edwards or similar system, Cognos and Excel
• Must have excellent analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be fluent in written Chinese and spoken Putonghua.
• Must be able to travel up to 40% internationally to our subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, Australia, South Africa and Latin America
