Responsibilities include:
-Build, develop, and maintain profitable lending & deposit relationships with new and existing customers

-consult with customers at their place of business in order to understand their business practices and identify their goals and needs

-promote products and services to best meet the business and personal needs of our customers

-originating all types of business loans

-gather, analyze and discuss credit and financial information to determine credit quality

-cross sell products and services and capitalize on opportunities to expand business

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a business development officer in a bank

-strong sales, service, and organizational skills

-strong credit analysis and credit review knowledge

-excellent communication skills

-bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese OR experience working in an Asian banking environment
