Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primarily dedicated to maintaining good financial oversight for Staffing, Business Advisory, Leadership & Diversity and Admin groups and recruiting, immigration and relocation expenses for company
  • Business planning and financial analysis to support Client Global Professional Development department
  • Budgeting and forecasting of operating expenses and capital expenditures
  • Management reporting and departmental reporting – from high level (long term trends) to detailed level (monthly vendor spend)
  • Monthly close activities – expense accruals, reclassifications, prepaid, results analysis and presentation
  • Budget vs. actual reporting, actual vs. actual reporting, monthly financial packages for Company and Department
  • Serve as a “subject matter expert” for specific PD managers and/or expense line items.   Provide ongoing and detailed analysis for expense line items within areas of responsibility
  • Contribute to financial and strategic analysis projects as needed
  • Ad hoc projects for Department CFO
  • Report to Team Lead
  • Skills and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 8-10 years experience. Minimum 5 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Reporting
  • Experience with mid to large sized companies in information services, media or professional services industries a plus
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar financial package desired
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential
  • Strong business writing skills for writing financial commentaries
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative and demonstrate flexibility is required
  • Successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and exhibit leadership skills
